Predictions for 2014
In December, we look at what 2014 is likely to bring. Among other things, regulation of the press is likely to dominate the headlines during 2014. We are likely to see the new copyright exceptions coming into force, as well as the new Defamation Act. Next year will also witness the new gTLD revolution gathering pace.
