This month in Download we have a particular focus on the topical area of Cookies. The first half of 2012 has seen huge developments in the world of data protection. Firstly we have had the recent new European framework which is the biggest change of the last ten years and secondly the deadline for compliance with the new rules on cookies is just around the corner. Both of these factors could mean fundamental changes for your business in the coming year.
I joined Taylor Wessing in January and lead the London data protection team. With all the new developments there is a lot going on for our clients and new changes for them to be aware of.
I have specialised in data protection for over 15 years now and have particular expertise within the media, technology and telecoms sectors.
