Content across Borders

This month on Download, we look at providing digital content across borders. We consider some of the tax implications; as well as drafting terms and conditions which work across borders. We discuss navigating the different copyright laws of 28 different EU Member States; issues of jurisdiction and European wide licensing of intellectual property rights. We look at the extent to which rights owners can control the second hand market for digital products.
